Nora Snelling, founder of The Aeris Agency, a Stratos Jets franchisee, has had a long connection with Maricopa County, dating back over a decade. Beyond her decades of experience in private aviation, she also gives back to charity in a big way. Now this Scottsdale private jet charter broker annual event for United Heroes League will be held on September 17, 2026.

The event called “Motion & Muse” will be held at the Lake Point Estate in Wayzata, Minnesota. This a now an annual event for Nora and her business partner.
This event is by invitation only, limited to 75 attendees and does have a $10M+ net worth threshold for attendees.
Although the event this year is being held in the Minneapolis area, the event will be looking for other venue cities and locations. Currently Texas is under consideration. Arizona may be next.
Fact: 84% of the US military is comprised of enlisted service members. The financial burden of sports equipment, camps, association dues, etc. can cost more than 10% of the gross salary of the average service member.
Fact: As a result of military deployments, many children are separated from one or both parents. More than 2M U.S. kids have been directly affected by these deployments.
For those not familiar with United Heroes League, their mission is to help children of military service members be able to participate in sports. They have provided some $35M worth of free sports equipment, game tickets, financial grants, camps and special experiences to military families across the United States.
Without the valuable support from United Heroes League, these kids might not be able to participate.
